I noticed that in the recent updates that all my saved reports are now missing.
In addition, I am not able to save a report nor am I able to create a new folder. Has anyone else experienced this issue in the last month or so?
Hi @gsxraudio,
Thank you for reaching out.
Based on the behavior you described, it may be related to the data file itself. To help troubleshoot, I'd recommend first checking the location of your Quicken data file, then validating it (make sure to save a backup first).
1. Check the file location
In Quicken, go to File. At the bottom of the menu, you'll see the data file that is currently open (it will have a check mark next to it).
If your data file is stored on an external drive or a cloud-syncing service such as OneDrive, Carbonite, or Dropbox, please move it to a local drive. The recommended default location is: C:\Users\username\Documents\Quicken
To move your data file:
2. Validate the data file
After the validation is finished, please check your reports again to see if the issue has been resolved.
Please let me know how it goes.
