After the last Windows Update, 27.1.68.31, my One Step Update went completely haywire and hasn't worked since. Some have posted download issues, mine however is freezing completely.
I've tried narrowing down by bank. Doesn't matter, happens every time.
As soon as the process starts, the Add Account window pops up, even though no new account is being added. When you hit continue, Quicken freezes and must be forced closed and restarted.
I also tried deactivating and reactivating online access, and it again freezes when attempting to connect. I haven't been able to reconnect the accounts I disconnected as a test.
All accounts are connected Express Web Connect +
