Quicken Classic (Windows, Canada) stock prices not updating

When trying to update my stock prices, I receive a notice that I need to update my subscription even though I just paid the renewal in May, and the app says the subscription is up to date. I'm on Quicken Classic, Version 67.8, Build 27.1.67.8, Edition: Canada

Hi @dugald,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.

If you haven't already, I suggest following the steps outlined in our support article to refresh your Quicken ID sign-in:

Click Edit > Preferences.
Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts from the left-hand menu.

Click Sign in as a different user.
Type yes when prompted, then click Sign Out.

Close Quicken and reopen it.
Sign back in using your Quicken ID.
Make sure you're signing in with the same Quicken ID (email address) that you used to renew your subscription.
