Yes! I tried and it does take some time to process the data from the new connection. After about 15 minutes, Quicken failed and closed without any notice.
I reopened Quicken and sent logs.
I ran "Validate and Repair" successfully.
I ran "One Step Update" and it took a very long time to complete with an error for PARTNERS FCU, CC-511 "You have encountered a temporary system issue. If this error persists for more than 48 hours please contact Quicken Care and report this error code and institution name."
Please advise.
Thank you!
I agree. I spoke too soon. Quicken was able to bring in the updated accounts with up-to-date balances, but NO TRANSACTIONS. And when I tried to run "One Step Update", I got the Partners FCU "CC-511" error. So some progress was made, but still work to do to bring in transactions.
Thanks to all my fellow Partners FCU cohorts, and to Quicken Laura, for their help in overcoming this issue.
Following your advice, I forced myself to be more patient and wait for the process to complete. I did receive current balances as well as new transactions to the account.
I am sorry to hear about the "CC-511" error. I have not seen this, and hopefully it will correct itself on another attempt.
Bank on!
Mark
Hi everyone,
I wanted to follow up to see if you're still experiencing the CC-511 error.
I've checked your accounts and noticed that most of you have had a recent successful connection attempt. If your accounts still aren't connecting, I'd appreciate it if you could try again and let me know the results.
If the connection is successful, please let me know. If you receive an error instead, please share the error code along with any additional details you notice during the reconnection process. This information would be very helpful in determining the next steps.
I look forward to your responses. Thank you!

I was experiencing the same symptoms. Attempted to link accounts with Partners FCU today. Started with checking account and received error message. Then attempted with Partners Savings account.
Successfully linked all Partners accounts to Quicken. Savings and Credit Cards were recognized as accounts all ready in Quicken Accounts. The Checking Account was relinked with correct Partners checking account.
I'm receiving the CC-501 error. I was able to reauthorize and connect the accounts, but no updated transactions were received, and now I am getting this error. I have allowed the processes to finish each time.
Quicken Laura,
I am still getting the CC-511 when attempting to run One Step Update.
Is there anything that I can do to assist in solving this issue?

Sent problem report for CC-511 error just now.
Thank you for submitting your log files.
I've attached them to the open case for further review by our team.
I've sent the report.
Thank you. I’ve added your logs to the open case.
Sent CC-501 for Partners FCU.
I also logged into the Quicken Classic web portal, and it reported an issue with connecting to Partners FCU.
PartnersFCU is now “connecting” to Quicken, and It gets the current balance on all PartnersFCU accounts, but none of the transactions and when I run the update I get a “Qucken cannot connect to this account” though obviously if the balance is there then it is connecting. I submitted the log of files per request.
Hi @MKruidhof, Thank you for submitting the report and for sharing the screenshot of the error message from the web.
After reviewing my internal tools, I can confirm that this issue (FDP-7500) has already been escalated internally. I have added your information to the investigation ticket.

I wanted to follow up and check whether the issue is still occurring or if you are now able to successfully connect and update your accounts.
Please let me know the current status when you have a chance. I look forward to your updates.

Partners FCU has been updating for almost 2 weeks to Quicken. Current balance on multiple Partners FCU accounts is current and all transactions dating back to 2023 have been updated to Quicken.
Hi @sdbowe33,
