Unable to add attachment to transactions in my register

I am not able to add an attachment (one page pdf) to my register transaction. I have tried the Add File button, as well as the drag and drop. Neither method works.

Has anone else been experiencing this issue?

Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing. I'd appreciate it if you could share the following information.

Is this happening only with this specific PDF, or does it occur with any attachment you try to add in your Quicken file?
Are you able to attach the same PDF to a different transaction or account?
Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, you'll see a list of your recent data files. The file with the check mark next to it is the one that's currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.
When did the issue first begin?

I'm having a similar problem… I am UNABLE to scan from Quicken. I can only copy from clipboard. The window to select the scanner is empty
