Fidelity Net Benefits no results found

I have a personal Fidelity Account and also a Fidelity Net Benefits account through my job. I have regular Fidelity Investments linked find in Quicken app for MAC, but when I try to find the Fidelity Net Benefits site, there is no results found. When I try to go add the net benefits account to quicken through the Fidelity Investments site, and I enter the net benefits user ID/Password, the connection site tells me incorrect user ID/pass (which I separately verified are still valid). So I can't connect Fidelity Net Benefits through the Fidelity Investments link. Is there a fix for this? Or does Net Benefits through my employer not link directly with Quicken for MAC? thanks!

Have you tried using the user ID & password for your personal Fidelity account when adding your NetBenefits account?

hi. Thanks for the suggestion. The main problem is that there is no separate option to connect Fidelity Net Benefits. There is only Fidelity Investments available to connect, and I have all of that already set up (and my net benefits account does not appear there). So the problem is that there is no separate connection for net benefits, and trying my net benefits password in the Fidelity investments link through quicken gives me the password error. So I don’t think there really is a solution to be honest.

My NetBenefits accounts show in Fidelity Investments. If your account doesn't appear on the Fidelity page for authorization, you should probably give Fidelity a call to see why that is.
