Same here, but using Quicken Classic on Windows 11. The authentication/add account screen now shows:
I noticed the problem this morning. It worked fine yesterday. [Edited - Readability]
Hi @cyberphile, Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing and for sharing the screenshot.
After checking my internal tools, I found that the error you're seeing is FDP-101, which corresponds to the CC-501 error in Quicken for Windows.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend following the steps outlined in our Support Article for CC-501. This error is usually caused by an issue on the financial institution's end, where Quicken is temporarily blocked from connecting to your account. I suggest waiting 24 hours and then trying again.
If the error persists for more than 24 hours, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can walk you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the issue if necessary.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I hope this helps!
@Quicken Carlos Just spoke to Logix FCU customer support. She checked internally. She said they are aware of the issue and are actively trying to correct the issue. So there is no point for me (or anyone else) to contact Quicken Support.
Hi @cyberphile, Thank you for reaching out to Logix FCU and sharing this update with the community.
If Logix FCU has confirmed that they are aware of the issue and are actively working on it, the best option is to wait for their update and try connecting again once the issue has been resolved.
Thanks again for taking the time to share this information.
