This discussion was created from comments split from: Third Federal Savings & Loan downloads no longer working.
My Third Federal HELOC account no longer downloads transactions. I deactivated/reactivated the account, and everything went through with my current credentials when I reactivated; however, when I attempt a one-step update, no new transactions past June are downloaded. I do not receive any error messages in Quicken. Obviously, something is not connecting properly with Quicken since their recent system changes. I will wait to see if anything changes in the next few days.
Also, when I attempt to update the account individually, it does not give me the option to "Update Now" with the lightning bolt symbol:

Hi @Bart,
Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
To better understand what's happening, I'd like to ask you a few questions:
Have you noticed a duplicate account? To check:
Does the account show as connected, or do you see the option to Set up Now? To check:
Your answers will help us determine the best troubleshooting steps.
I look forward to your reply!
Hi,
There is no duplicate account listed when enabling "show hidden accounts."
The account shows as connected with the Latest Download today at 7:20am
Hi @Bart, Thank you for your reply and for sharing the screenshot.
Since the account appears to still be connected, I suggest following the steps outlined in our support article for missing transactions:
If the issue persists, I have a few additional questions regarding both the missing transactions and the missing Update Now option:
I'm having the same issue…it has been happening since Third Fed upgraded their banking system the weekend of July 18 and I suspect that is the culprit
Hi @Toncic, Thank you for joining this thread and for providing the additional details.
If you haven't done so already, I suggest following the troubleshooting steps shared earlier in this thread for the missing transactions. Once you've had a chance to try them, please let us know how it goes.
No remedy seems to be working to fix this, I'm sure it's something Third Federal needs to do. I guess I'll just enter the July transaction manually and wait until my next payment is processed to see if Quicken can download it properly. Based on previous comments, it looks like when others have contacted Third Federal about the problem, they have no idea what to do. Hopefully someone from Quicken can contact them and get this fixed. This same thing happened with my PennyMac account and I ended up having to manually enter all my transactions on that account as well.
Hi @Bart, Thanks for your reply and for trying the steps outlined above.
Since you've completed those steps and are still missing transactions, the next step is to escalate the issue. I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting in real time and, if necessary, escalate the issue for further investigation.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I hope this helps!
