One Step Update Freezes

Hello,

Since, last week One Step Update freezes at waiting and unresponsive. Sometimes I will get a sync error (see below). Usually I have to end the task using Task Manager.

I have tried the following with no luck:

Deactivating and reactivating the account.
Disableing Mobile & Web Sync.
Reseting Sync to Cloud data.
Pending transaction are off.
Refreshed the Online Connected Services token.
Installed the latest Manual Patch file.
I do not have a VPN.
I did a Validate and Repair file.
Did a Super Validate and Repair

Still have the issue.

Did you locate and review the transaction in question?
At first glance, this appears to be a transfer transaction with an incorrect TransferTo account.
Fix the transaction and the problem should go away.

Yes, I have located the transaction. It was synced and reconciled on May 5th and has never caused an issue until yesterday. How would I go about fixing the transaction?

I also followed the instruction in the following article: Troubleshooting Cloud Sync Errors

I have not Uninstalled and reinstalled Quicken since I'm not sure it will fix thr problem.

In that transaction, just overtype the Category field with the correct TransferTo account name, in [square brackets], e.g., [Citi VISA 1234]
