I have several KeyBank accounts. I received notice today to re-authorize. When I click to proceed, a split-second window pops up that then disappears. I assume that is the window that then opens up a KeyBank official authorization window. Since it disappears and is never to be seen again, this breaks the account re-authorization process. The button to proceed can be pushed repeatedly, but it is always met by this flash of a window that does not stay open.
In an attempt to bypass this, I removed the online access to all 3 of my accounts and attempted to add it back.
Now, it is in an endless loop of KeyBank successfully authorizing the accounts, Quicken asking to authorize it one more time, pretending it is authorized, and then asking to authorize yet again.
Specifically, after the first two "authorizations," it will display that the accounts are ALREADY ADDED TO QUICKEN. But the type is incorrect (all 3 are not checking, only 1). Then, after accepting that, it tells me these accounts are NOT added to Quicken (the "no" sign to the left of the account name in the account list) and instructs me to authorize them AGAIN.
I have now successfully authorized via KeyBank a dozen times, and Quicken still doesn't know what to do.
PLEASE FIX. It is ridiculously broken.
I am on the latest R68.31 version.
