How to deactivate my VOYA electronic connection with an unaccepted download transaction error?

Question

Using WIN 11 Version 25H2, OS build 26200.8973. Quicken Classic for Windows R68.31 Build 27.1.68.31.  Having the VOYA interface error OL 293-A and would like to try the re-interface suggestion posted on 3 August 2026.  Trying to deactivate the electronic connection gives me the error below, but I can not see any unaccepted downloads.  How do I resolve this block?

Thank you for checking the transaction list in the Online Center.

Since the transaction is still not being accepted into the register, please try validating your data file. Before you begin, be sure to back up your file.

To validate your data file:

* Go to File.
* Select Validate and Repair File.
* Choose Validate File.
* Click OK.

Once the validation is complete, please try accepting the transaction again.

If the issue persists, you can try temporarily enabling Automatic Entry:

* Go to Tools > Account List.
* Click Edit next to the account you want to change.
* In the Account Details dialog, select the Online Services tab.
* Under Online Setup, click Automatic entry is: [Off].

5. Select Yes to enable it.

Once the problematic transaction has been cleared, remember to restore your previous preferences.

Thank you Laura.  I did find one entry not listed in the account but in the Tools Transaction list.  I created the missing entry, but I cannot get the missing entry to clear.  I re-synched, closed and opened Quicken but the error won't clear.  How do I clear this when I cannot complete the last electronic update with VOYA?

In rare cases, downloaded transactions may not appear at the bottom of the account register. Please check whether they are available in the Online Center by following these steps:

* Go to Tools > Online Center.
* Select the Transactions tab.
* Choose the affected account.
* If new transactions are displayed, click Compare to Register.
