Is there an outage that's causing update to hang? Windows user

I have tried several times today to update my accounts (bank, CC, and brokerage). Quicken Windows hangs and does not update anything. This happens with Update All and single accounts. The only way to get out of it is if I end the task from Task Manager.

Please provide information on the reason for this issue.

• When did you first notice the problem?
• Where is your Quicken data file currently stored? To check, open Quicken, go to File, and look at the bottom of the menu. The file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.

• Is your Quicken data file being backed up or synchronized by any third-party service, such as Carbonite, OneDrive, or Backblaze?
• Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let me know which one(s).
• Is your file syncing with the Quicken Mobile or Web apps? To check:

1. Open Quicken on your desktop or laptop.
2. Go to Edit > Preferences.
3. Select Mobile & Web from the left-hand menu.
4. Let me know whether Sync is turned On or Off.
