CP_SCRIPT_ERROR (FDP-101) using MetLife eService (repeated issue)

Continual issue, off and on, where this was resolved until July 13 (reporting properly); since that time, I have received the error:

NOTE: I CAN log in to the Metlife website without issue, but when I try to re-authorize (this is on two accounts), I receive a longer error message.

Thank you for reporting the issue you have been running into. I am sorry to hear that it returns after being resolved.

The FDP-101 Error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information. This could be caused by something on the bank's end blocking Quicken from connecting. In some cases, Quicken Support may need to escalate the issue.

To resolve this issue

Wait 24 hours and try again. If you are still getting the error after waiting 24 hours, please Contact Support.
