Account bar balance different from actual account balance

I think this is related to something that happened in my Mobile Quicken.

The account bar is set to show the current balance. The current balance in my transactions is correct, but the account bar balance is $51.09 higher. That's the amount of a cleared transaction, a credit card payment. When it showed up in my mobile Quicken when I was away from home, it was uncategorized. I tried to change it to a transfer to the credit card account. Next time I did a one-step update, I got a pop-up asking if the $51.09 was the same as the transfer I'd already entered, and I answered yes. Now the account balance in the account bar is off by that amount.

Any advice?

PS When I went to About to get my version, it says expired 3/15/2026. But I renewed on 3/15/2026 for $101.88

Since the account bar is off by exactly $51.09, I’d first check whether the payment was recorded more than once.

In both the checking and credit card accounts, use the Search bar at the top left of the register to search for $51.09. This will help confirm there is only one transaction for that amount in each account. Also, open the transaction in the checking account and make sure it is set up as a transfer to the correct credit card account.

If everything looks correct, please let me know whether the Online Balance, Current Balance, and Ending Balance are showing the correct amounts.

Regarding the expiration date issue, please refresh your sign-in session:

• Go to Help > Refresh Sign In.
• Complete the login process.
• Run One Step Update again.

This should refresh your subscription information and recognize the correct expiration date.
