Is there a way to find posts by a given user? It would be great if there were a filter to find posts from a given user, sortable by date, or perhaps other criteria. Does such exist?

@pablomiller I am not sure if there are any restrictions on this for regular forum users, but have you tried clicking on the user’s name?

Yes, you can search for users and even their comments. In the top-right corner of your screen, you should see a magnifying glass that lets you search.
Click on it, type in the username of the person you are looking for, and click Enter. Now you should see a list of many options, and there are four filter buttons. Click on the one that says Members, and now you should be able to select the person you searched for.
Clicking on it should open a small window that will allow you to select some options. You can click their username to go to their profile. You can click on the comments to go to their comments, or on discussions to go there.
I suggest just going to the profile; everything is visible from there. Comments and discussions will be selectable on the right side.
Alternatively, you can select Posts under the same search and filter through posts.

@pablomiller pretty sure this is the post Ray was referring to. It was in response to a QMac idea related to reporting/analytics. That idea has been archived.

I suspected there were ways, but I'm still learning the nitty gritty details of using the Community site, and it's not always obvious what is plain text and what is a link. I may have other questions, but this should help for my current purpose. Thanks again.
@Quicken Alyssa, When I click on the person who's post I want to find and recall, it lists 19 Posts (which I gather are those in which he is the OP), and 186 Comments.
When I click on Posts, it only displays 7 of the 19, with no obvious means of selecting or displaying more. Unlike Comments, there is no link to load More Posts
When I click on Comments, it shows Many of them, with a link at the bottom for More Comments, which add to the list.
@pablomiller the missing posts are likely archived. Regular forum users cannot view archived posts.

Yes, it was from Ray Cosner and I only became aware of it based on a comment he added to a post of mine. I didn't want to clutter up, add noise, or broaden the scope of my post with off topic discussion outside of its clearly defined issue. That said, I am generally interested in the details of his post nevertheless.
