Citi Credit Card Download On Premiere For Windows

All my Brokerage, bank, and Credit Cards download without any problems except my Citi Credit Card. I have successfully (multiple times) deactivated and activated the download feature. In the summary window, it doesn't show the Citi Card accounts. It should show the account, "0 transactions," and the date. Are other people in the community having this problem? If so, have you found a solution?
