Why does it time out when trying to upload a pdf document?

Running Quicken for Home & Business on a MacBook. Been trying to upload a document for several days now and the status bar gets about 90% complete and stops. Just spins for several minutes and then says it has timed out. Try again later. Help please.

• How large is the file?
• Are you able to attach other files?
• Which web browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)?
  • Do you encounter the same issue when using a different browser?
