Quicken Mac Canada 9.1.1 not entering transactions from my bank's QFX file

I'm on Quicken Classic Deluxe Canada for mac. Version 9.1.1.

After I installed the latest update, I tried to download transactions from my bank (TD EasyWeb). The first time it said there was an error and to re-open Quicken. I did, downloaded again, and I was asked to re-link my accounts. I did. The new transactions won't load into the software. No errors. It seems to try and it thinks it's entered the transactions from the banks .qfx file. But nothing. I don't want to delete an account and re-add it because then all the past transactions apparently will disappear. What's going on and how do I get it to recognize my bank's .qfx file?

I would suspect this is something on the Toronto Dominion's file preparation and/or currency mismatch.

I would (temporarily) create a new blank Quicken file, and try to import the QFX into that See what you get. That will allow you to see what you get without messing with your existing file.
