Quicken didn't update on my laptop

Question

About this time in June I downgraded to Deluxe from Business. I just opened Quicken on my laptop. It came up telling me my sub expired (the business ver). Not sure how to trigger an update on the laptop. I just assumed it would update automatically.

I can't locate my "code" so I could manually enter it.

@Dave Robinson I think this is indicated in the instructions, but please make sure to back up your data file before switching to the new Quicken ID.

@Dave Robinson subscriptions are tied to the e-mail address (Quicken ID) you used when you purchased the subscription.  It could be that the Quicken installation on the laptop is using a different e-mail address (Quicken ID).  If that is the case, then all you need to do is "Sign in as different user" with the current Quicken Deluxe e-mail address (Quicken ID).
