Supcall:
Customer called as he was unable to print checks the same way he did it in the past. He states in the past when he printed 2 or more checks he was able to print check and voucher, check and voucher, now quicken prints check, check, voucher, voucher instead of mixing it up as he wanted.
Started to troubleshoot the file in order to check if we can get it printing the way it was before
Troubleshooting Done:
validate and repair with printer settings checked
signed out and sign in
Tried different computers
Tried on Quickens Sup side
The system seems to be not behaving the same way from before.
Escalated to 2nd and 3rd Level and requested to post on Community site for these change to be applied in future release.
The system should print the Check and the voucher after the check and follow that configuration with more than one check Ex.
