I have a Fidelity Investments account that I have stored in Quicken. The transactions come through with an update; however, the transactions appear in reverse order from what I want to see. oldest day is on top, and I want the current one on top, with the current balance attached to it.
What happens is the information is all there but in the wrong order. If I click the date to switch from ascending order to descending, the dates change, but none of the transactions move with the date they are related to. I just opened the account in September, so it’s not a big deal now; however, if I had five or 10 years of data in there, I would not want to keep having to scroll down to the end to see my current balances.
The date sorting order works in all I have in Quicken: my bank, my accounts, my mortgage, every loan account. But for whatever reason, it is not working in the Fidelity Investments account. It is so not intuitive and annoying. I have made several calls to Tech Support, and they are unable to either understand the issue or certainly correct it
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
