Cannot connect to UBS to add account.

I get "Did you mistype your login info?" But the same login and password work on the UBS site.

Hello @m-m,

Thank you for reporting the issue you are having.

I checked your connections internally and can confirm that you are getting an FDP-103 Error. when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect, or when outdated login credentials are stored in Quicken for Mac and/or the Keychain app.

Important: If you are adding an account for the first time, make sure you select the correct bank name. For example, Quicken lists Acme Bank as Acme Bank, but it also has another instance, Acme Bank Card Services, designated for credit card accounts.

First, deactivate all the accounts with the affected financial institution

1. Open Quicken.
2. Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts.
3. Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution (FI) that are hidden in Lists.
4. When complete, click on the account name for your account(s) in the Accounts toolbar in Quicken.
5. Click the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
6. Select the Downloads tab.
7. Click on Disconnect Account.
8. Click Done. Do this for each account with this FI.
9. Quit Quicken.
