America First Credit Union NEW UPDATE 8/19/2026

Today is the day for an update for America First Credit Union. I was able to login on Mobile and I followed the directions to disconnect my accounts in Quicken but now I am getting a cc-502 error when trying to connect them again.

Has anyone successfully re-connected their Quicken accounts to America First?

The web also does not let me login so I suspect they did not have a smooth cutover.

I submitted a report to Quicken and just got off Phone with America First. The Quicken download will be offline for at least 5 Business DAYS.

Not what I wanted to hear but at least they are supposedly working with America First to get back online.

Web site and mobile Apps do appear to be all working though. Just the CC-502 error within Quicken currently.

Same issue here. It is certainly frustrating that there does not seem to be any debugging/testing done to work out any kinks prior to bringing a new system (or whatever) online. Since this is now a known issue, it would be helpful if AFCU would post something on their website main page about the interface with Quicken not currently available and an expected resolution date.

I am able to log into the AFCU site (and was pleasantly surprised to see that I can now use an Authenticator app in place of text messages for 2FA). I have not been able to connect with Quicken for a couple of months, and today I get the OL-220A error. Disappointing, so I will wait a week and try again. Thanks for the information about the download being offline.

I was able to link my AFCU account a few minutes ago. Seems to be working fine for me now. I'm on qmac 9.2.0.

I'm also experiencing the CC-502 when trying to re-establish the online setup with AFCU.

I was able to link my accounts this morning 8/21, so well before the 5 days they stated. Hopeful it remains connected.

I too was able to reconnect and relink all of my AFCU accounts today. Hopeful for no more hiccups between AFCU and Quicken.

I have also reconnected, but so far it only downloads the amount of the transaction, but not the merchant.

On Quicken Mac, it appears the issue is it times-out after entering the 2-factor authentication value, no matter if it's a code that has been texted, emailed or with an authenticator app. 2-factor authentication CAN NOT be disabled at AFCU, it's either on always, or RISK BASED. So after entering in whatever your @2FA value is in Quicken it sends it then times out. Hope this is cleared up soon.
