For the past 2-3 days CIT Bank N.A New Login download is in error. Quicken cannot connect to the account. Have tried resetting the account; did not work. See attached error message
same problem here. I am scared that CIT has been following the trend of banks stopping support for Quicken. MARCUS by Goldman Sachs stopped earlier this year (withdrew all my money from non-CD accounts and closed those accounts), SallieMae Bank stopped support for Quicken (have several CDs so couldn't close those).
I am having the same issue.
As am I. The good news is that this seems to be limited to Quicken connection - bank's website is working fine. Will give it a couple of more days before I escalate further.
Same here. When logging on direct with safari browser there is an informational message at top of opening page about a maintenance window tomorrow starting at 5pm for a few hours so that may be impeding Quicken connect from logging on.

Haven't been able to download from CIT Bank since Friday 8/21/26.
As of several minutes ago still get an FDP-102 connection error. Uploaded my logs.
Update: Quicken for Mac: Issue appears to have been fixed … was able to add CIT Bank N.A. New Login this morning; and download transactions. Tested multiple times and it worked every time.

LIke others, mine worked yesterday but now it's back to FI_TIMEOUT (FDP-102). This is getting really old, what is the solution? Logs submitted. We're doing our part, please get this fixed or tell us what to do.
Just switched it from CIT Bank Online - New Method to the other CIT Bank Online (not new I guess) and it worked.
Same worked for me … the old CIT Bank link … odd.
Hi all,
I’m glad to hear that it’s working properly for some of you. Thank you for taking the time to let us know!
