Quicken Classic is asking to update on open and then fails to install the update and asks again creating a loop. There doesn't appear to be any way to manually download the update like there is for the Windows version.
This has been an occasional problem on the Mac for a while now, so it might not have anything to do with the Mac OS beta. Best thing to do is to delete your current Quicken Mac (but don't empty the trash), then login to quicken.com and download the Quicken Mac installer from there to install a new copy. If for some reason that doesn't work you can get the old Quicken Mac out of the trash and put it back in the Applications folder.
