Cannot add Fidelity accounts

I'm trying to add my Fidelity accounts and when I go to Add Account → select Fidelity Investments and click "Sign in", I'm taken to the website and then get the error in the screen grab attached to this message. I first tried this on Friday, continued over the weekend, and it is still occurring as of this posting.

Thanks for providing the screenshot of what you are experiencing.

After checking my internal tools, I could not find any errors currently associated with Fidelity. To better understand what may be causing the issue and provide the most appropriate troubleshooting steps, could you please answer the following questions?

• Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let me know which one(s).
• Do you have any browser extensions or pop-up blockers enabled?
• Have you tried changing your default browser?

If you haven't done this yet, I suggest changing your default browser. To do so:

• Close Quicken
• Go to Settings.
• Select Apps.
• Click Default Apps.
• Choose a different browser.
• Set it as your default browser.

Once you have set a different browser as your default, please reopen Quicken and try adding the accounts again.
