College Invest Colorado Update Error

NW89

My account is failing to update. This has continued for two months. It requests I sign in again, but when I do it asks if I mistyped my info. I have verified that my login information is correct.

College Invest - Direct Portfolio. I have attached screenshots and copied and pasted the errors down below.

Quicken Carlos

Hi @NW89,

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Quicken Community. If you have not already done so, I suggest following these steps outlined in our support article. I recommend creating a backup file before you follow any of the steps below.

Deactivate all accounts with the affected financial institution:

• Open Quicken.
• Go to Accounts > Hide and Show Accounts.
• Make sure any accounts associated with this financial institution that are hidden in the Lists section are visible.
• Select the affected account from the Accounts toolbar.
• Click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
• Select the Downloads tab.
• Click Disconnect Account, then click Done.

• Repeat these steps for each account connected to this financial institution.
• Quit Quicken.

Remove the Quicken passwords from Keychain Access (for users running macOS Sequoia):

• Open Finder and search for Keychain Access.
• Double-click the Keychain Access icon.
• If prompted to open the Passwords app, select Open Keychain Access instead.
• In the left panel, set Keychains to login and Category to Passwords.
• Locate and delete any entries that contain Quicken or Quicken Connect, along with the name of the affected financial institution.
• Quit Keychain Access and reopen Quicken.

Re-add the accounts:

• Go to Accounts > Add Account.
• Enter the name of the financial institution and select the appropriate option.
• Enter your login credentials and click Continue.
• Once Quicken displays the accounts found at the financial institution, carefully link each discovered account to the corresponding existing account in Quicken.
