HI, I am running the latest MacOS, trying to upload a life insurance policy into LifeHub. The file is 2.7mb and is in pdf format. I have tried the latest version of Safari and the latest version of Firefox, and I've tried uploading using iOS on my M5 iPad. The result is the same. It uploads the files and while processing times out. The error says "Unexpected Timeout Error". I tried yesterday and today. Any suggestions? I have not had this problem with other documents.
