We have received reports that users are unable to update or connect their Northwestern Mutual accounts because of OL-301-A in Quicken Windows and a 2000 error in Quicken Mac.
Mac users will see an error message that says they need to verify their credentials at the Northwestern Mutual website and link to Quicken through NM.com. Users will continue to encounter that error even after linking to Quicken from the NM.com website.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
