Alliant CD is not checking

I've deactivated and reactivated an Alliant CD account three times today, trying to force it to identify as savings, which it is. It aligns in the savings area on my desktop app, but when I add it to the mobile app, it shows up as checking. At first, I thought I wasn't ticking the right box, but I am when I reactivate online services. In display options, I have the account intent set to Savings, but under general account type, it defaults to checking, which as you can imagine, throws my spending account totals in the mobile app off by a significant amount. As I am a bit crazy, I have tried the same thing three times today and had the same results, however, expecting a different outcome. There are two other Alliant CDs that identify as savings. Only one is giving me fits. Windows. R68.31

In Quicken for Windows, an account, once created, cannot have its Account Type changed.
If it was created as Type = Checking account, you need to recreate it as offline Type = Savings account.
Next, move all transactions from incorrect to correct account.
When done and everything's OK, deactivate the incorrect account and, using Tools / Add Account, LINK the now correct account to the CD account at the bank.
