This is a recurring problem that seems to happen frequently on a Saturday morning and lasts at least through the weekend. I have learned not to do anything and then it inexplicably resolves in a few days. Most annoying. Calling the numbers in the message has not been helpful except on 1 occasion.

And now it is 2PM on the same day (Saturday) and UBS update is working normally. It makes me think that somehow the UBS server is not available to download at certain times even though the website is accessible when I log on directly. I do wish there was an explanation.
