QuickPay cannot find correct Capital One Venture payment address

I have a CapitalOne/Venture account and I would like to use QuickPay to pay the monthly statement. However, when I try to set this account up for QuickPay, the statement billing address is not one of the 37 addresses listed when I do a search. Why is that and is there something that can be done to fix that?

I am nusing Quicken Classic for Windows and whatever the latest version is. This issue has gone on for quite some time.

What is the address you are trying to enter? Please tell us.

Is it the return address (aka "mail payment to …" address) shown on the monthly statement's payment stub?
It should not be a Customer Service, home office or other address shown elsewhere on the statement.

Yes, it is the send payment to address. While there are quite a few California addresses, none are from San Francisco and none with a 94120 zip code.

If you don't mind me jumping in here, I think I have a solution -

The San Francisco PO Box you mentioned appears to be an older or incorrect address. Capital One moved its payment processing operations to Charlotte, North Carolina, which explains why the San Francisco address you provided isn't working.

Try entering PO Box 71087, Charlotte, NC 28272-1087 when setting up QuickPay in Quicken.

I just spoke with CapitalOne and they said to use the PO Box 71083 address.

I am glad you found the answer. It could have been I had a typo in the address I gave you. If so, I apologize. But I cannot believe all of the different payment addresses that Capital One has out there.
