Memorized transactions not entering in check register [Edited]

When I attempt to copy a memorized transaction in my check register, it will not add it.

I need to go to the memorized list each time and check Use. I am up to date and have not had this problem in the past. No error message.

Thank you for your response. This issue sounds like your Quickfill is not working the way it should. What you want to do is edit the Quickfill rule; these are the steps:

In the Quickfill list, select the two‑dot icon for a payee and choose Edit.
In the Edit Memorized dialog, select or clear: Save category, memo, tag, amount, or transfer account.
Check Lock rule to prevent changes if you never want Quicken to update this rule automatically.
Select OK to save, Delete rule to remove it, or Cancel to exit.
