This morning I received a "Stock Splits May be Missing" popup for my Amphenol (APH) security. The register shows a stock split transaction today with 4 shares. The Fidelity website also shows the stock split and holding of 4 shares.
I opened the Online Center, selected the Holdings tab for the portfolio, clicked "Compare to Portfolio," and it says that the Fidelity (website) holdings and Quicken also compare. The amount is 4 shares.
Note that the list of securities in the Online Center show 2 shares and that it was updated yesterday at 9:00 PM which was before the split. It was then correct.
I clicked "Update/Send" and doesn't update the holdings nor the timestamp. It remains showing yesterday's data. (Lower right corner in screenshot.)
I called support and the fellow insists this is the expected behavior and it's not a problem. I disagree as the list isn't useful it doesn't match the website.
Quicken clearly can access the current transactions for One Step Update. Tools > Security List and the register's Holdings shows 4 shares. I see no reason Quicken doesn't update the list of holdings in the Online Center.
