5 months of my bank transactions aren't downloading

Question

I am a business user. Bank is Key Bank. No transactions between Feb 13, 2026 and July 17, 2026 are downloading. How do I get these to download?

Transaction downloads are typically limited to the last 60 to 90 days, depending on the financial institution. If you need older transactions, many financial institutions allow you to download them from their website using Web Connect (QFX).

To Download a QFX File

* Log in to your financial institution’s website.
* Select the account you want to download transactions for. The download option is usually available from the account’s transactions page.
* Look for a Download, Export, or similar option, often represented by a download icon.
* If prompted to select a format, choose QFX or Web Connect.

* Select the desired Date Range and account(s).* If you are filling in missing transactions, use a start date on or after the date of your last recorded transaction in Quicken.

* Select Download, Export, Start, or the equivalent option to begin the download.
* The QFX file will typically be saved to your browser’s default Downloads folder.

For Transactions Within the Last 60–90 Days

If the missing transactions fall within the financial institution’s normal download window, I recommend trying the following steps outlined in our support article:

* Go to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions and make sure Automatically add to banking registers is unchecked.
* Select the Actions Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the account register and choose Update Now. Follow the prompts to complete the update.

* Confirm that the register is sorted by Date by clicking the Date column heading.
* If available, click the Reset button at the top of the register.

* Refresh your login session by going to Help > Refresh Sign In, then try running a One Step Update again.
* Select All Transactions in the account bar and search for the missing transaction(s).
* If you find the transactions in the wrong account, select them, right-click, and choose Move Transaction(s). Then select the correct account and click OK.
