Adding new AmEx account

I'm trying to add a new American Express account to my file. When I login to AmEx, I see my two accounts and select them both to be approved for transaction downloads. Quicken then presents both to me, one should already be linked, but the other needs to be added. When I try to complete the operation, Quicken says the account already exists.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

@mmeltzer have you tried adding them one at a time, rather than together? What type of an accounts are you trying to add?
