Correction to original transaction does not post....

Question

(Q Classic Premier, V R69.25, Bld 27.1.69.25)

I started a complex transaction a couple weeks ago and returned to complete it TWICE.

Each time I thought I had posted the entry it disappeared; the original entry is unchanged.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Snuffy so it sounds like you are working with a split transaction in a checking account?  If you would provide more details what the issue is, someone here might be able to help you appropriately.  Maybe a screen shot of the transaction?  If deleting the original entry and posting the transaction again doesn't solve the issue, then please circle back.

Will try deleting the original entry and posing it again as a work around.

There were 12 entries with some expenses adjusted 3-4 times that were paid with one check.
