Why aren't my Susquehanna Federal Credit Union transactions downloading?

Hi -

I'm running Quicken Classic for Windows on a Windows 1q machine. I installed Quicken two weeks ago, added my Susquehanna Valley Federal Credit Union (SVFCU) accounts successfully, but no transactions downloaded. Transactions did download for my Capitol One credit card. I've deactivated and reactivated. In the process of reactivation, I have tried using every instance of SVFCU that appears when I search for that institution while adding an account. I've made sure transactions are not automatically being added to my register. I've logged into SVFCU directly, confirmed I have transactions and import some, but when I go to one step update, no transactions appear. Nothing is working. Please help?

@sstillma it sounds like you are able to download transactions for SVFCU from your online account (web connect). But when you try downloading via One Step Update (express web connect), no transactions are downloaded.

First thing, when you switch between the two methods, make sure to go to the Online Services in Account Details and deactivate before you switch to another connection method. Also on the General tab, blank out Finanicial Institution Name and Account Number.

Do you get any error messages or error codes for SVFCU when trying to download transactions with One Step Update (OSU)?

Also, have you tried contacting SVFCU to confirm there are no issues on their end? Also, there seems to be several connections available for SVFCU. Maybe they will be able to verify which one is best to use.
