OL-393-A Error Fifth Third Bank

Question

I've been getting this error for about a week. It says "unable to update accounts", but they seem to be updating.

Two accounts, checking and savings accounts, out of three are listed as not being able to update. No error for our credit card.

I have reset both accounts, but I am still getting the error.

That was it. The checking account Bill Pay got turned on somehow. Once I turned it off, the one step update worked fine.
