Trans stopped on Aug 31, 2026 and download says account updated with 0 transactions. I am missing all of September. I reset account and same result. Connection seems fine.

It sounds like this was a one-time issue and is not recurring. We’re sorry that you’re missing transactions for the month of September.
We have steps you can follow to help resolve this. Here are the first three steps from the article linked in blue. Please open the article to complete all steps.
1. Has the sort order been changed in the register? Confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is by Date; just click the top of the Date column in your account register. It's likely the transactions are in your register, just not where you thought they'd be.
2. Click the Reset button at the top of the register. This will confirm that there's no filtering in your account register.
3. Try refreshing your login session: To do this, go to Help > Refresh Sign in. After completing the log-in process, try running a One Step Update again.

Thanks for the reply. No luck on these 3 ideas although I'm not sure what 2. was. I also Reset the account (Deactivate and Reactivate). This is for a checking account. Any more ideas? I am about 10 days behind now.

My question for you: Did you follow the reset steps in the article that was provided in Blue?
I have two other options that might work.
The first one is to save a backup. Then what you are going to do next is restore from a previous file that you had before this issue started, and then do a one-step update.
If that does not work, you can go back to the file that you just saved and then download a QFX file from your financial institution and do a date range for the missing transactions.
