UBS and Schwab Stock Update Issues

Quicken Windows R69.25 / Build 27.1.69.25. Since updating to R69.25, many stock prices are not updating correctly. The problem affects both Schwab and UBS accounts. For example, Chevron is $209.80 in Quicken while the UBS website is $212.57 and Schwab is about $212.80. Quicken's Chevron Quote window shows today's Open $212.875, High $215.28, Low $212.42, and Volume 2.990M, but the 9/9/2026 Price History entry remains $209.80 with High/Low/Volume = 0. Manual Download Activity → Quotes does not correct it. Real-time Quotes is OFF, and automatic 15-minute quotes are ON.

• How long has this issue been happening?
• Do you have other financial institutions that are updating stock prices accurately?
• Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
  • Please provide the exact file path as shown in the example below.

• Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what were they?
• Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
• Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
• Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?
