is the server down, can't access my quicken account

I'm getting an error that the server may be down, is it?

@AZCOYOTEDOG when this happens, you can try signing out, and back in with your Quicken ID -

1. Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
2. In the left pane, select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
3. In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click Sign in as a different User.
4. In the Sign in as a different user dialog, enter yes to confirm the action.
5. Select Sign Out.
