@AZCOYOTEDOG when this happens, you can try signing out, and back in with your Quicken ID -

* Choose Edit menu > Preferences.
* In the left pane, select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
* In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click Sign in as a different User.
* In the Sign in as a different user dialog, enter yes to confirm the action.
* Select Sign Out.
