Currently your users cannot create a cash flow report for a specific income producing asset such as a rental house. This is a big problem. Part of monthly cash flow is payment on debt. Each month I make a mortgage payment. The interest portion is an expense that appears appropriately in the cash flow report. The payment on debt is technically a transfer from my checking to the mortgage/liabilty account set up in Quicken. This does not show up in cash flow. If I go to the Advanced settings in the report and choose to enable transfers, I get all transfers, not just the transfers pertaining to the specific rental property.
