Autopay to Credit Card company shows large amount

On Classic Deluxe for Mac.

One of my credit card autopay shows the payee as "Autopay Rautopay Auto" with a very large ($16K), incorrect amount. So, Quicken shows a totally wrong, large positive balance in my credit card account. The accurate autopay also shows, using that same payee name. The balance on my credit card company site is fine. So, this autopay txn in Quicken is obviously some error.

Please advise. How does this happen? Do I just delete the bad txn?

To better understand what is causing the incorrect amount, let me ask you a few questions:

• Did you enter the transaction manually, or was it downloaded from the financial institution?
• Does the transaction show an orange pencil icon next to it or any of these icons?

• Is there a reminder set up for this payment, and if so, does the reminder show the incorrect amount? To check, go to Bills & Income and locate the credit card payment in the list of Bills & Income Reminders.
