I'm also having this issue. I've disconnected my accounts and made repeated attempts to reconnect. I'm prompted for the secure access code and enter it. After a short wait where it appears something is happening, the message "" appears. This has been happening for over a week. I've attached a screenshot of the error.

Thanks for joining the thread and for providing the screenshot of the error code, along with the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. I know it can be frustrating when the accounts remain unable to download after going through several troubleshooting steps.

After disconnecting the accounts, could you check whether there are any hidden accounts that are still connected to the financial institution?

If there are, I suggest following the steps outlined in our Support Article for FDP-106 to make sure all accounts associated with the financial institution, including hidden accounts, are fully disconnected before trying to reconnect them.

Deactivate the account(s)

Go to Accounts and select Hide and Show Accounts.
Check for any hidden accounts associated with this financial institution.
Select the account from the Accounts toolbar in Quicken.
Click the Settings icon in the bottom-right corner.
Select the Downloads tab.
Click Disconnect Account.
Click Done. Repeat these steps for each account connected to this financial institution.

Quit Quicken.

Reactivate and link the account(s)

Reopen Quicken.
Go to Accounts > Add Account.
Enter the name of the financial institution, select the appropriate option, and click Continue.
Enter your login credentials and click Continue.
Once Quicken displays the accounts found at the financial institution, carefully LINK each account to the corresponding account you already have set up in Quicken.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, or if you confirm that all of the accounts are already fully disconnected, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance.

This type of error may require our Support team to review the logs and, if necessary, create an individual ticket for further investigation. They can also walk you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and determine the next steps based on what they find.

@Quicken Carlos the OP is for Quicken Windows. The other user you addressed with a similar issue is using Quicken Mac. Should the threads be separated to avoid confusion?
