Citi credit card quick pay broken?

Hi, I did a quick payment for my Citi Bank credit card the same way I have done for many months. It was supposed to be paid 3 days ago, but my register has just said processing for 3 days, and now Citi Bank is charging me late fees and interest. Does anyone know if payment to Citi is broken? How do I cancel a payment that is stuck in processing so that if I go pay Citi another way, I don't pay them twice? It's a large sum.

Does Quicken have any liability now that I have interest and late fee charges? Bill pay through Quicken is still really bad, and I am on hold for over 30 minutes

Having the payment remain in Processing for three days while the Citi payment is due can be especially concerning when a delay could result in late fees or interest.

Since the status of the Quick Pay shows Processing, this indicates that the payment is actively being processed. At this point, the payment can no longer be canceled, as described in our support article.

Due to the nature of this issue, I suggest contacting Quicken Support and making the payment through Citi's website if necessary to avoid any additional late fees or interest.

When contacting Quicken Support, it is important to have the following information available, as our team may request it to escalate the issue:

• A screenshot of the Payment Status showing the date the instruction was sent and the current Processing status.
• If you were charged a late fee or interest, a screenshot showing the late fee and/or interest charge.

Having this information available will help our team document what happened with the payment and provide the necessary details.
