Checking account update problem

I recently had to reinstall Quicken. I am having trouble downloading my checking account transactions from the bank. It used to simply update transactions that were in my checking account or clear the transactions that were in the register. NOW (I probably have the incorrect settings) it adds to the register as opposed to updating the transactions that are currently present.

Does this make any sense?

Can someone help me with the correct settings?
