Missing Account

When pulling over accounts from Quicken Classic into Quicken LifeHub, one loan account does not show in LifeHub despite it being a connected account in Classic.

No immediate way to resolve it, at least that I can see. Mortgage pulls in fine.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

To better understand why this is happening, I have a few questions. Is the account currently hidden in Quicken Classic?

When I tested this on my end, I noticed that an account hidden in Quicken Classic does not sync with LifeHub. At this time, I cannot confirm whether this is expected behavior or if the account should still sync with LifeHub while hidden.

If you would like to keep the account hidden in Quicken Classic but still have it sync with LifeHub, I suggest contacting Quicken LifeHub Support for further assistance. There is a Help & Support icon in the top-right corner. These options are specifically tailored to LifeHub support.

If you do not need the account to remain hidden, you can change its visibility in Quicken Classic:

Open the Loan account in Quicken Classic.
Click the gear icon.
Select Edit Account Details.
Click the Display Options tab.
Uncheck the three boxes related to hiding the account.
Click OK

Sign out of LifeHub and then sign back in.
Try syncing the account with LifeHub again.

If the account is not hidden in Quicken Classic, please let me know so I can provide some additional steps to troubleshoot the issue.
