Right after a successful One Step Update I attempted to add a new BoA Credit card only to get the above title error. I deactivated ALL BoA accounts, erased financial info/account Numbers, removed the 3rd party link on BoA website, cleared cache, disabled all extensions in Chrome (Win11), used Tools - Add Account - Typed Bank of America - Selected "Bank of America" from the list and still get the error - "We couldn't get information about Bank of America..." and it tries to set it up as a brokerage. I even tried creating a NEW quicken file and then attempted to add an account through the Tools menu with the same results. I've disabled Windows Defender, redownloaded the latest quicken (since it had just updated when this started). None of these actions have worked. I still get (even with a new file created) the same error followed by it trying to add a Brokerage account instead of asking me what type of account. No other errors, all other accounts that have been connected for years still download without issues (at this point), but now I cannot download transactions from my primary Financial banking institution.
I have no pictures to share since the windows that pop-up don't give any more information than what I've stated above. All of this started after the latest Quicken Update at startup and after I attempted to add a new Credit Account.
