Financial Institution removal

How do I remove a financial instution from OSUS.

I do not have anymore business with a financial instituion and have deactivated all accounts with that entity.

How do I ger rid of that line in the OSUS pop-up screen?

@ksrothschild - here are some troubleshooting steps to try to stop the FI from showing on the OSU list -

1. Show ALL accounts (including hidden)
   Tools → Account List → Show Hidden Accounts
2. For every account that ever belonged to the FI:
   1. Click Edit → Online Services
   2. If you see Deactivate, click it
   3. If you see Set Up Now, the account is already clean
   4. Hidden accounts are the #1 cause.
3. Check closed accounts. Closed accounts often retain online flags.
   1. Edit the closed account → Online Services → Deactivate
   2. Then go to General tab → ensure Hide in Account List is checked. But the key is: Online Services must show “Not enabled”
4. Remove the FI from the Password Vault
   If the FI has a saved password, Quicken assumes it is still active.
   1. Tools → Password Vault → Add/Edit Passwords
   2. Delete any password entries for that FI. This step alone often clears the FI from OSU.
5. Restart Quicken. Quicken Windows refreshes the OSU FI list only on launch.

Hopefully, after this, the FI no longer shows on the OSU list.
